didn't work i hit use local file reset me to 0% progress, i tried other option it did nothing
go to the retail folder in the Hitman3 game folder and open up Epic_emu.ini and change UserName to RedHitman6 and AccountId to bbd8868ce5a6464981bf401f3b021a6c
Be sure to remove the # infront of AccountId and it should work.

worked at first but when i restarted my pc it didnt work ant its not working no matter how hard i try
