Is all the dlc completed
You will need DLCs installed to unlock the DLC cars.
For God sake we ask if DLC is completed not how it works.
Sorry but never montionned DLC in the description in anyway. This save game is for standard version but as you requested you will add a save game that includes DLC content unlocked pretty soon.
