Extract “0x2.sav” to Assassin’s Creed 3 Remastered save game location (You could use the free open source archiver extractor tool 7zip) :

  • Uplay: Uplay-Folder\savegame\USER-ID\5183
  • Linux: Steam-Folder/steamapps/compatdata/911400/pfx

Use the AC Save Tool to convert to different versions RIGHT HERE (GitHub Link)

    the point is that you have to go to your game folder, find codex.ini, open it with notepad…. find uplay id and then add "3" at the end of the uplay id account… then run the game
